“I’m so fortunate to do what I love for a living. It’s so thrilling to be part of a successful publicity campaign for my clients.”
Janet Bozeman is no stranger to public relations. This Wichita, Kan. transplant has called the Nashville area home for many years, but just relocated her company to Phoenix, Ariz. She exudes an enthusiasm that translates into her work. which includes previous management positions with Sony Music Nashville, Sparrow Records and the Country Music Association. Since becoming an indie publicist in 2000, Janet enjoys representing clients she loves in the world of media that cover a diverse roster of clients in the Christian, country, non-profit and corporate fields.
When Janet isn’t securing high-profile opportunities for her clients on the Ellen Degeneres Show, Grand Ole Opry or the Christian Broadcasting Network, she is rescuing four legged creatures, exercising and indulging in her love of chocolate. When she can make all four happen simultaneously, you’ll never find a happier person. That is, unless you catch her at an Alabama football game. ROLL TIDE!

Janet is a woman of great integrity, passion and excellence who executes successful publicity plans for some of the top brands and artists in the entertainment business. If Janet is on your team you are certain to have one of the best in the industry. I am humbled to say I work with Janet often, but more than a working relationship by the end of a campaign you will most likely call her a lifelong friend!
I hired Janet to head membership development and industry relations for the Country Music Association. During the five years she worked with CMA, she was well liked and respected by our many members, others in the music industry and all her staff colleagues as well. Janet was dependable and consistently professional in her appearance and demeanor. And my favorite thing was her uncanny ability to confront and diffuse any issue that arose. Her maturity, honesty and integrity are marvelous qualities that she effectively applies in her work and with her personal and professional relationships. Janet was one of the very best people who worked with me during my years heading CMA.
Janet Bozeman is one of the most alive people I know. What better person would you want on your team? I’m grateful for her work, and especially her joy.
For Finding Favour I wanted to work with an industry veteran with respect not just in Christian music but outside of it. At Gotee we don’t have massive teams for each department so every member is extremely important. Janet joined seamlessly and communicated the growth of the band in a way that I felt people couldn’t ignore. She helped provide new outlets for the band’s music to be exposed to in Christian music with exclusive premieres at Relevant Magazine and in country music with outlets like Taste of Country!
